Aim: Teach parents practical skills for supporting children through war-related stress and trauma.

Description: Parents learn how to help children cope with stress, practice active listening, and provide emotional support during difficult moments. The course also addresses adult self-care and resilience, ensuring parents can maintain their own psychological health and emotional well-being while supporting their children. Participants receive practical exercises and tools they can apply immediately at home.

Time commitment: 6 hours

Format: Online or In-person (3 sessions)
