Trauma: Consequences and Its Impact on Children and Adults
Aim: Teach participants to recognize trauma symptoms and understand their consequences.
Description: This webinar covers psychological trauma’s impact on children and adults, PTSD symptoms, and evidence-based self-help methods. Participants learn to identify trauma indicators and understand how traumatic experiences affect functioning and relationships. Description: This webinar introduces the BASIC Ph stress coping model and describes its resource channels. Participants learn to identify their own coping strategies, analyze their effectiveness, and develop stress resilience.
